What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard UPS AND USPS shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and 5-10 days shipping time depending on the time of year

Do you offer international shipping?

No, at this time we are only offering shipping within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon!

What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to our small batch formulas we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
If a package arrives broken, please reach out to us [email protected] for a refund.

My package went missing?

For issues with delivery or tracking, we recommend you first contact the appropriate carrier, post office or check to see if it was accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If it is still not resolved contact us at [email protected] and we will try to resolve! Please note that Happy Plant Botanicals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot issue replacement orders, however we will try our best to resolve any delivery issues

Are your product containers recyclable?

Yes! Our labels are biodegradable and will compost in about 12 weeks! All of our product containers are designed to be recyclable and or compostable. Each order is shipped with recycling guidelines. Also please check your local recycling center for proper disposal.
